- Snack: One low-fat string cheese stick with 28g turkey pepperoni
- Breakfast: One Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt, Key Lime; 1 oz. dry roasted peanuts to mix into my yogurt
- Lunch: Three slices of Applegate Farms Smoked Turkey (2.5 oz.) rolled up with 3 slices of American cheese (1.5 oz.)
