With all the packing going on this week, I'm trying to make quick, easy meals. This pizza fits the bill. It's a low carb, low fat, low calorie tortilla (the big ones) topped with barbecue sauce, pre-cooked packaged chicken breast strips, and shredded cheddar cheese. I tossed it in the toaster oven on 350 for about 15 minutes and voila: dinner.
I was only able to eat about 2 slices, because I loaded it with chicken.
